Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. BIOXIDEA e-Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must email customer service within 48 hours of receipt to request a return. The customer must also include photos of the issue and a screenshot of the order confirmation email. If the request for the return is accepted, the instructions and address for the return will be provided by email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
BIOXIDEA e-Boutique does not provide pre-paid return labels; the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns. BIOXIDEA e-Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
